We can’t praise  Mayflower highly  enough for the service that we have received them. If we could give 10 stars, we would.  Lockdown hampered operations, yet, as soon as they were able,  they liaised with the vendor, our siting crew in Kent, the site manager and ourselves. Communication was excellent.

Brilliant service especially from Rob, the driver.  This was not the easiest job, yet they managed it. He arrived bang on time.  Rob was exceptional in making sure we were aware of some issues he found and provided a photographic record before he moved the caravan.

From our first contact, Mayflower Transport showed the highest standard of professionalism and customer care, returning the calls promptly, following up when they said they would. Great contrast with other local companies we’ve contacted, one of whom didn’t get back to us after saying they would on three occasions! 

The transport required was tricky to say the least – getting an 12 feet wide caravan through the lanes we found rather narrow even when in the car! The skill, experience and positive attitude really showed through all of our interactions with the team, who kindly took on this challenging project after thorough assessment of the route. Amazingly, our caravan arrived in one piece, in great condition, and the highest care was taken to deliver and offload it safely. It looked like an impossible job, and we are absolutely delighted and deeply grateful to all at Mayflower Transport for making it happen!
